Nobody likes to feel guilty but everybody experiences it at one time or another whether its from an act that hurt others, words that we should not have said to a loved one or a friend, or from keeping our silence when we should have spoken. Sometimes, we even feel guilty for something that is beyond our control.
Guilt makes us rethink and reassess the situation and ourselves. As universal as this emotion is, different things make different people feel guilty.
