A public elementary school teacher in Ginatilan town will be facing investigation for allegedly hitting a pupil with a broomstick in the head.

The victim was identified as Sheila Garces, a student of Palanas Elementary School and a resident of sitio Camboo, barangay Palanas, Ginatilan town.
