[Title] => Dead man found in Taguig
[Summary] => An unidentified man was found dead yesterday morning in a dumpsite in Taguig. His hands were tied behind his back.
The body was already bloated and in an advanced state of decomposition, making it impossible to immediately determine what caused his death nor find signs of torture, Senior Inspector Emma Galero of the Southern Police District-Scene of the Crime Operation (SPD-SOCO) said.
Galero added it was also hard to determine the dead mans age because of his bodys condition but said he could be between 35 to 45 years old.
