Senior Police Officer 1 Miguel Descalzo, traffic investigator, said Ernesto Gabel, a messenger of Asiasec Equities Inc., of 02166 Pildera I, Block II, MIA Road, Pasay City was instantly killed in the accident.


Descalzo said charges were filed before the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office against Joefrey Ancehta, 30, a resident of Pasay City.
