Indonesian nationals Delfian Pinontoan, Christian Pinontoan, Jootje Pinontoan and a certain Deetje Poluakan were accused of allegedly pocketing the money intended for the purchase of high-speed diesel oil from Indonesia.

The four were said to represent the company P.T. Jaya Bumi Lestari. The city prosecutor’s office has recommended P40,000 bail for each of them.
