Children from various welfare centers and barangays in Manila trooped to Museo Pambata last December as the country’s first children’s interactive museum celebrated its 20th anniversary with a gift-giving activity. The event brought cheers to 1,500 indigent children who went home with gift bags filled with food, toys and other Christmas goodies. Among the friends and sponsors was The Fookien Times Philippines Yearbook.
