I never thought that any-one in the world would ever painstakingly remove hairs from a raspberry. It had never crossed my mind that that an un-depilated raspberry looked as ugly as a beautiful woman with unshaven legs on camera.

On Friday, Nov. 19, master food stylist Delores Custer will give a seminar based on her book Food Styling: The Art of Preparing Food for the Camera, recently published in the US by John Wiley & Sons. With a master’s degree in food and nutrition from New York University, Custer has a long list of clients that includes the who’s who in the food industry such as Kraft Foods, General Mills, Campbell Soup, Unilever, Nestle, Red Lobster, Budweiser, Newman’s Own, ConAgra, McDonalds, and Cuisinart.
