[Summary] => Canadian Ambassador Peter Sutherland said yesterday the incident involving a lunch program monitor who allegedly reprimanded and punished a seven-year-old Filipino-Canadian boy for his table manners is being addressed and is not an irritant in Philippine-Canadian relations.
Sutherland said he was in Canada from April 23 to May 1 and spoke with Filipino-Canadian associations in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Winnipeg, but said the matter was not brought up by any of the associations during the meeting.
