The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) warns the public of individuals/firms attempting to trade "Safekeeping Receipt" or "Bank Guarantee" allegedly issued by past and present BSP officials covering certificate of gold bullion deposits for the account of certain beneficiaries in order to obtain loan or fund projects involving billions of pesos/US dollars.
