[Title] => April showers
[Summary] => Despite climate change, we can still count on April to bring in the first pitter-patter of rain; a cycle that ushers in springtime in the west and prods the blooming of flowers, in time for our Flores de Mayo festivities. [Title] => Cebuanos shine in FCAAF International bowling event
[Summary] =>
Some of Cebu's most seasoned and fast rising bowlers went home with several honors in the just-concluded "Filipino Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation (FCAAF) International Invitational Bowling Cup" in Manila.
Alexis Sy, a mainstay of the Bowlingplex Tenpin Association (BTA) and a student of Philippine Christian Gospel School, led the cast of Cebuano competitors who emerged victorious.
Sy topped in the ladies masters, beating teammate, Elaine Uy.
But Uy had something else to brag about as she took the second runner-up honors in the all-events.
