The Manila City Prosecutor’s Office yesterday filed charges of attempted parricide against a Japanese national who attempted to kill his three-year-old son by slashing the boy’s throat in Sta. Cruz, Manila on April 9.  


Manila Assistant City Prosecutor Jessie Bautista filed the charges against Minoru Mori, 60, who was accused of slashing the neck of his son, Eiji Mori. The case was filed by Eiji’s grandmother Rosalia Bisnar, 54, a businesswoman and resident of 2402 Isagani Street, Sta. Cruz, in Manila.
