certain Commander Rimaya, issued the warning in a Jan. 15 letter to them,
increasing the ransom from P1.5 million to P2.5 million.
"Kung hindi, maghanda na kayo ng kabaong para sa asawa mo (If you fail,
better prepare a coffin for your husband)," Mrs. Funda quoted the letter.

they snatched last November, the military said.

the victim as Edwin Induso, 34, son of a storeowner in Jolo.
This developed as armed burglars snatched one Edwin Gumaway as they fled after
breaking into the house of his American friend in Misamis Occidental last
Monday.
