Wireless leader Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Educational Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO INNOTECH), a specialized regional center established under the Charter of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization, have agreed to collaborate amid the massive reforms being undertaken in the Philippine education sector. The partnership will leverage on the knowledge resources and expertise of both institutions in their respective fields.
