Mateo, the PSCs current deputy executive director for Finance and Administrative Services, took over the position after receiving the order from Buhain yesterday afternoon.
"In the interest and exigency of the service, Edgardo Mateo, of the DEDFAS, is hereby designated as the acting executive director of the PSC effective immediately," said Buhain in the letter.
