(Tarlac City, March 22) - IP e-Games, the leading online game publisher in the country, and a subsidiary of IPVG (PSE: IPVG), an information and technology communications company, will participate in the upcoming Tarlac Cyber Games (TCG) to be held in La Maja Rica Hotel on March 24.
