In its Memorandum Order dated July 14, the poll bodys First Division ordered the start of the revisions and recounting of the ballots today to determine who between former vice governor Luisa Cuaresma (LDP-Independent) and former board member Leonardo Perez Jr. (NPC-KNP) will be proclaimed as the duly elected governor.
