A report over TV Patrol Central Visayas identified the two Cebuanos as Aldwin Pardillo, 34, and Ian David Ang, 26, both of of Ward 4 Minglanilla, Cebu.
The two are reportedly detained at the Dubai Central Jail according to reports received by their relatives from Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the United Arab Emirates.
