Eduardo Roy Jr.’s Bahay Bata (Baby Factory) was awarded Special Mention at the ongoing Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) in Canada. Roy was in Vancouver and received the award from fellow filmmaker Charliebebs Gohetia, who edited the film, and programmer Tony Rayns.
