Acesite said the system accounts for 13 percent of the hotels room bookings and translates to an annual sales volume of P31.3 million.

Acesite said the termination will be effective Feb. 28 this year. The contract was to have continued until Jan. 1, 2005.
In the notice of pre-termination issued to Acesite, HIPI said "the hotels current physical condition is no longer in keeping with the norms of a "Holiday Inn" hotel in accordance with HIPI guidelines."
