Cebu-based water solutions provider Mactan Rock Industries Inc., recently closed a P110 million business deal with Manila Golf Club to provide the golf club's requirements for irrigation.
The company according to its president Antonio Tompar, is commissioned to provide the Golf Club's recycled water for irrigation requirement for 20 years, providing a total of 2,000 cubic-meter a day.
In an interview, Tompar said Mactan Rock has invested about P16 million for the technology to recycle wastewater at the Club.

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director Chief Superitendent Nicasio Radovan Jr. identified the suspects as Jaime Longay, Joey Melgar, Mark Abella and Nico John Tiama.
Longay and Melgar were rushed to the De Los Santos Hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds.
