A man was shot dead by two men — one of whom was a neighbor — last Monday in Navotas.


Investigator Police Officer 3 Dante Majadas identified the victim as Nelcar Nialda, 32, a resident of North Bay Boulevard South.

Nialda succumbed to several gunshot wounds in the body.

Majadas said Nialda and witness Jesus Balisco were having some drinks at the former’s house when neighbor Hilario Desabille and a John Doe arrived at around 3:20 p.m.
