[Summary] => Blustar Detergent guns for its first three-game streak in a long while as it clashes with Sunkist-UST today in a rematch of last year’s finals contenders in the PBL Unity Cup at the University of Santo Tomas gym.

The Detergent Kings, currently in the magic six with a 3-5 (win-loss) slate, have picked up a pair of huge victories over powerhouse Welcoat Paints and resurgent Lee Pipes-Ateneo and another win in their 4 p.m. duel with the Tigers would strengthen their quarterfinal bid.

With the rich experience they’ve gained playing Korean, Japanese and local rivals in Guam, the Tamaraws could well put up a good game against the reigning champions Hapee Toothpaste Sparklers at the UST gym tomorrow.

"It will definitely help," said Viva-FEU coach Koy Banal of their Guam stint where they beat Japan’s Daito Banka University, Korea University and University of Guam for the championship.
