[Summary] => Trade Undersecretary and Board of Investments (BOI) managing head Gregory Domingo said yesterday that call center operations in the country are booming as reflected in the dramatic increase in seats and investments in the sector.
"From seats of less than 1,000 in 2000, there are now more than 15,000 seats," Domingo said.
He said the government expects the number of seats to increase to 30,000 by the end of the year.
