"Its going to be very difficult to take over control of San Miguel because we control only 27 percent of the votes," PCGG Chairman Haydee Yorac told reporters in a press briefing.
SMC will hold its general stockholders meeting on April 20 to elect directors to the corporations 15-seat board.

Tiglao said final details of the purchase agreement would be divulged soon by the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG).
