Criminal sentences fundamentally embrace four basic type of punishment. In descending order of severity they are: Incarceration, supervision, fine, and restitution. The death penalty is possible for certain crimes. Such as, atrocious murders, treason, rape, production/distribution and sale of illegal drugs.

A prime example of the government not addressing the needs of people, especially the physically handicapped, are skywalks. I would like to know how the handicapped people, shown in the recent article, are able to use a skywalk.

                    [Summary] => The arguments against installation of "Peeping Tom" technology by Alejandro Alonzo and Edgardo Labella is understood but is not valid in today's world that has been defined by terrorists. They apparently don't understand that terrorist don't care about anyone's "rights". The terrorist's task is to successfully complete a mission regardless of the cost in human life. Because of this, we are forced to give up some of our "rights" as one of the ways that we can counter terrorists.
