[Summary] => An 18-year-old student, belived to be a victim of a fraternity hazing, died yesterday at the Manila Sanitarium Hospital in Pasay City.
Senior Inspector Garry Reyes, head of the Makati Police Investigation Division, identified the victim as Clark Silverio, a mechanical engineering student of the Technical University of the Philippines (TUP).
He said that a freshman student of TUP brought the victim to the hospital.
"The hospital staff did not release the student despite denying he had something to do with the death of the victim," Reyes said.
