[Title] => TRB to hear rate hike petitions on 3 tollways
[Summary] => The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) announced yesterday the filing of separate petitions for adjustments in toll rates by three toll operators. Citra Metro Manila Tollway Corp. (CMMTC) and the Philippine National Construction Corp. (PNCC), operators of the Skyway, filed their petitions for toll rate adjustment on Dec. 18, 2000 based on the interim adjustment clause of the Supplemental Toll Operations Agreement (STOA), primarily due to the significant devaluation of the peso vis-a-vis- the dollar.
