CEBU – Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao called yesterday for the implementation of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea to ensure stability in the region among claimants to the disputed Spratly Islands.


At the 10th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)-China Summit, Wen said claimant countries should actively engage in the joint development of Spratlys in the South China Sea.
