[Summary] => Barangay San Roque in Talisay City was branded as the dirtiest barangay in the city, according to the report conducted by the sanitation task force.
In its 2nd quarter evaluation report, the task force said San Roque barangay captain Cesar Abapo got only 3.0 percent regarding his management, leadership and initiatives in implementing of Republic Act 9003 or the Solid Waste Management Act.
In the over-all ratings, San Roque got only 2.77 percent on information dissemination, waste segregation and general cleanliness.
