It was an unforgettable night of good music, food and fun as innovative real estate developer Central Country Estate Inc. (CCEI) recently treated hundreds of guests and residents to its 9th anniversary at The Lakeshore Tent of The Lakeshore Estate — its beautifully-landscaped 300 hectare development with a 12 hectare man-made lake in Mexico, Pampanga.

A number of companies have filed applications to construct their respective facilities in the area as the PNCC and the major oil companies – Caltex (Phils.), Inc., Petron Corp. and Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. – have reached an agreement allowing other players to establish, operate and maintain service facilities along tollways.

The temporary entry/exit will help the TRB alleviate the monstrous traffic brought about by increased economic activities and ongoing development projects in Pampanga.

It will also provide access to and from the North Luzon Expressway through the existing municipal road in Mexico town.
