Luzon and the Visayas will be cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, becoming frequent rains over Central and Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas. 


The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 


Coastal waters in Luzon will be slight. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
