It was University of Cebu's Noel Cañeda, who garnered the most number of gold medals for the Cebu Marlins with five not counting two silvers and a bronze.

Cañeda ruled the boys' 15 class after reigning in the 200 meter individual medley, 100 and 200m breast stroke, 400 and 800m freestyle, and 200m butterfly.

The final standings of the two-day event, however, is still being finalized, but the Cebuano squad led by coach Rolando Alvarez are confident enough they will make it to the top three.

Andrew Dequina led the charge for the Cebu Marlins with five golds and a silver from the men's open and 18-under class combined.
