The Cebu Customs United Personnel Association (CCUPA) coasted to its third straight victory in as many games after scorching the Assessment squad, 88-70, in the 35-above division of the Cebu Employees and Brokers Union (CEBU)-Collector's Cup basketball tournament at the Mandaue City Sports and Cultural Complex.


The Assessment side trailed by as much as 20 points at halftime and the best it could muster was to trim the deficit down to only nine points anchored on 30-19 run in the third quarter.
