Leber, the retired president and general manager of Wyeth Philippines, only wanted to ride his motorcycle as often as he could when he put up the Mad Dog Motorcycle Club in 1994. From a small group of nine Harley-Davidson diehards, Mad Dog has grown into an international club of motorcyclists with members in 13 countries, including the United States and Japan.
