[Title] => Mother and more on zeolite
[Summary] =>
This is my first progress report. I have been taking five drops of zeolite four times a day. The first day, I was fine. The next day I woke up not feeling too well but could carry on anyway. The next day I woke up with a headache, took a tablet, it went away. The next day I had half-a-headache, which disappeared by noon. Since then everything seems clearer and I feel much better. The pain in my knees every time I get up is gone. So strange. I realize now that before I rise from a chair, something in me prepares for the pain and is mildly surprised when the pain does not come.

[Title] => Experimenting with zeolites
[Summary] =>
It all began the day I strayed into Healthy Options with my little granddaughter Maxine, who wanted to buy a cookie. Once inside, my eye was drawn to a book, Beating Alzheimer’s by Tom Warren. I could not walk away from it. I simply had to buy it and then read it furiously.

[Title] => New life coming?
[Summary] => Hi, is today my first day of class?" I asked politely. It was Tuesday.
"No," she said politely too, "tomorrow, Wednesday, is your first day. But next week you will begin on Tuesday."
"Okay, thank you," I said, but something in my mind got stalled. On Wednesday, I went to teach, then chatted with my friend in the company, had such a good time, I came home cheerful, not thinking of what day it was, or if anything was due that day. It felt like Tuesday.

[Title] => Green and bear it
[Summary] => All year round, theres bound to be a fiesta in some barangay somewhere in the Philippines. In good as well as bad times, we always find an excuse to celebrate. Its part of our culture, of who we are. Its the main event in the often ho-hum life of a community. People will beg, steal or borrow to celebrate a fiesta. They will open their homes to friends and strangers, and blow their savings on this once-a-year indulgence (never mind if they go hungry the rest of the year).
