The University of Santo Tomas Department of Ophthalmology will hold its 29th annual postgraduate course with this year’s theme “Refractive Surgery: Looking Beyond LASIK, New Treatment Options” at the Benavides Cancer Institute auditorium at UST Hospital on March 11-12.
