[Title] => Court asked to charge cop with extortion
[Summary] => The National Bureau of Investigation-7 is asking the court to reconsider its dismissal of the robbery and extortion case against PO2 Robert Cuyos saying there is no basis to arrive at such a decision.
Represented by Reynaldo Villordon Jr., NBI-7 said in a motion for reconsideration that there is "probable cause to indict Cuyos because he is a principal by indispensable cooperation considering that he was the driver of the motorcycle used in the commission of the crime."
