BUTUAN CITY – Claiming they have the capabilities to strike anywhere at any given time, the leadership of the New People’s Army operating in northeastern Mindanao pushed their warnings anew against what they described as stubborn mining companies operating in Caraga Region to pay their social obligations to host communities and indigenous people who are affected by their mining operations.
