The Manila North Tollways Corp. (MNTC) has installed six impact attenuators – three each at the Balintawak and Bocaue toll plazas – further beefing up the safety features of the 84-kilometer North Luzon Expressway.

Upgrading of the expressway, which has been causing massive traffic jams during peak days, is expected to be finished ahead of schedule.
