Cebu City Police traffic group head, Supt. Julius Cesar Gornez, has advised all motorists or road users to follow traffic sign boards that would be installed in the affected routes to avoid traffic congestion.
Vehicles going to Pardo Cemetery are not allowed to pass through Dela Victoria Street and Sabellano Road.
