The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has issued a warning against people returning to their homes or taking up residence in landslide-hit areas in Guihulngan City and La Libertad, Negros Oriental as these are already vulnerable to future additional ground movement that would further endanger lives and property.
