[Title] => Mild Seven F1 Heroes: These drivers dont take driving mildly
[Summary] => The job description of a Formula One (F1) driver can be summed up in three sentences Step on the gas pedal every time you can. Step on the brake pedal only when you have to. Overtake every car in front of you before you reach the finish line.
The fourth and fifth items (if they do in fact exist) would merely be optional Try to keep our multi-million dollar race car intact for the season. And while youre at it, stay alive, too.

[Title] => Trikes have no place in the Hi-way
[Summary] => A Filipino who works in Japan has informed me that from time to time during breathers he digs into this column to keep him informed on the latest motoring news in his home country, through philstar.com, I suppose. He considers himself blessed having the opportunity to visit his family three times a year and make out-of-town trips every time. It is in these trips that made him decide to write something about the state of road travel within the country.

[Title] => Its about time!
[Summary] => Word has it that there are moves to increase the amount of fines for traffic violations. There will also be a system that will monitor the number of violations made so that the habitual traffic law breakers would either have to attend seminars before getting their confiscated licenses back or have them revoked or cancelled altogether.
I believe this is one major step that the MMDA, together with all of the metros local governments, can make in order to improve discipline among drivers, both of public utilities and private vehicles.
