"Col. Querubin was transferred to the Bonifacio Naval Station yesterday (Thursday) with the 11 others," he said.

The three are Associate Justices Godofredo Legaspi, Ma. Cristina Cortez-Estrada and Norberto Geraldez.
The courts action was in response to a request, dated March 30, 2005, of the prosecution to confirm the authority of the presiding justice to appoint and designate alternate members of the special division.
