                    [Summary] => Three Americans who belong to the United States Assessment Management team are expected to arrive in Cebu City at noon today to discuss law enforcement with the police and local officials.


 Acting city police director Melvin Gayotin told reporters yesterday the assessors will be onboard a plane from Mindanao and would have a briefing of their activity here at the Regional Police Office.


From there, they would proceed to Camp Sotero Cabahug to see the situation for themselves, in order to come up with recommendations particularly in terms of security measures.
