[Summary] => Seventeen years ago, I wrote about Tia Arling and the fuss her children and friends made over her turning 75 years old. A big party was held at her daughter Flor Tarrielas residence in Valle Verde in Pasig. It was very obvious how her four children and their children adored her. Yes, at her age, she was a woman to be cherished for her kind words for everyone and her hand that extended help to those badly in need of it.
