According to an opinion survey conducted by IBON Foundation Inc., 44.5 percent of Filipinos are not in favor of amending the countrys Charter.
This is higher than the 38.1 percent in IBONs previous survey, conducted in April.
Most of the respondents want President Arroyo to focus her attention on improving living conditions as well as curb corruption during her first 100 days.
