Reacting to the apparent “lackluster” performance of some police regional offices in the drive against jueteng and on other forms of illegal gambling, Philippine National Police chief, Director General Nicanor Bartolome on Saturday cracked the whip on regional commanders as he reminded them to strictly implement the “one strike” and “no-take” policies of the national police on illegal gambling.
