                    [Title] => Bilibid or not!
                    [Summary] =>

Bilibid or not, justice must apply to all. It seems that while DOJ Secretary Leila de Lima has worked up a sweat clamping down on abuses at the state penitentiary in Muntinlupa, and while critics of the 3 Senators in detention have made life difficult for their “caretakers” at the Crame Hilton, it seems that a certain female detainee who has been kept from the media limelight has also been enjoying the same perks that the drug lords in Bilibid were enjoying such as air conditioning, TV and catering.
