Today is the 68th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor, which marked the beginning of World War II in the Pacific Theater.

Manuel Segura (ret) who wrote the book "Tabunan" and the "Koga Papers" to document the guerrilla movement here in Cebu.
