The policeman charged in the killing of a moneylender and her secretary seven months ago asked the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office to reconsider his indictment on the ground that the evidence against him was just concocted by the investigators of the case.


In his motion, SPO1 Mateo Yanson said there was no evidence that would point to his responsibility in the killing of Pilar Hernandez and her secretary, Wivina Pancho, in the morning of September 9, 2006.
